Chris is a Registered Counselling Therapist (Candidate) with The Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists. He has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is trained in various therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Chris sees adults on an individual basis and he uses a person-centred approach in dealing with mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, work issues and life planning. For him, the client’s experience leads the therapeutic process while he provides support, insight and clinical knowledge to help clients achieve their goals and build the life they want.
