Nancy Adams works with adults and couples. She helps with problems of depression, anxiety, stress, workplace issues, work-life balance, life changes and transitions (wanted and unwanted), and mild brain injury, such as after a motor vehicle accident. With couples, she helps them make goals / decisions about their relationship, negotiate transitions, improve their relationships, and resolve conflict effectively. Nancy integrates cognitive-behavioral and emotion-focused principles in her therapeutic approach which is individualized to each client.
