It’s OK to ask for help…
Sometimes we just need someone to talk to; sometimes we just need someone who will listen
If you ask me, life can be overwhelming for all of us at times, no matter who you are. There are times when we all feel like we are drowning in mud – stuck, helpless, hopeless, and confused. Unfortunately, we become isolated and lonely because we believe that we “should” be able to deal with everything life throws at us, without any help.
What can you expect from me? I will do my best to make you feel understood, safe, and supported. It is important for me to create a warm and nonjudgmental environment, in which we can work together to help you recognize and explore what is holding you back, so you can break free and move toward the life you want.
